How many scans can I do for free?
Free users can perform up to 5 scans per day with up to 3 pages per document. Your scan count resets every day, so you can keep scanning for free without interruption.
What does Premium unlock?
Premium removes all limits — you get unlimited scans per day and unlimited pages per document. All features are already available for free; Premium simply removes the daily restrictions. Plans: $0.99/week or $1.99/month.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Your Premium access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Go to the Premium page in the app and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
Where are my documents stored?
All your documents are stored locally on your device. We do not upload any of your files to the cloud or any external server. Your data stays private and secure.
What formats can I share my documents in?
You can share your scanned documents as PDF files (single or multi-page) or as image files (JPEG). Use the built-in share button to send them via email, messaging apps, or any other platform.
The app is not scanning properly. What should I do?
Make sure you have granted camera permissions to the app in your device Settings. Ensure there is adequate lighting and that the document is placed on a contrasting background for better edge detection. If the issue persists, please contact us.
