By downloading, installing, or using My Private Scanner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
My Private Scanner is a mobile application that allows users to scan documents using their device camera or photo gallery, edit scanned images, and export them as PDF or image files.
All documents and images scanned or imported using the App remain your property. The App stores your content locally on your device. We do not upload, collect, or have access to your scanned documents.
Certain features of the App may require a subscription or in-app purchase. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are presented at the time of purchase and are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to scan or distribute copyrighted material without authorization, or to attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that scanned documents will be perfectly accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including loss of data.
Your privacy is important to us. The App processes all documents locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your scanned documents or personal data to external servers. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
